REFUND POLICY

📜 No Refund & Exchange Policy
At A4E1 Marketing, we strive to provide clear and transparent service terms to all our clients. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services or products, you agree to the following No Refund & Exchange Policy:

Strict No Refund & No Exchange:
All purchases of our services and products (including but not limited to WhatsApp API, Advance Volte IVR, and Turbo Volte IVR) are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once the payment is made.

Voluntary Purchase:
All services/products are purchased by clients voluntarily. A4E1 Marketing does not pressure or influence any client into making a purchase decision.

WhatsApp API Policy Compliance:
If your WhatsApp number is blocked or restricted due to a violation of WhatsApp’s terms and policies, A4E1 Marketing will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.

SIM Blocking for IVR Devices:
For Turbo Volte IVR and similar devices, we do not guarantee SIM compatibility, especially with BSNL SIMs. If your SIM is blocked, suspended, or deactivated, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. We recommend using Vodafone Idea SIM cards for optimal performance.

Client Responsibility for Documentation:
For WhatsApp API and other service integrations, clients are responsible for providing all required documentation, such as:

Business Website

MSME Certificate

Active Mobile Number

Valid Email ID

Facebook Business Account

Failure to provide these documents is not grounds for refund or cancellation.

Misuse or Non-Compliance:
Any misuse of our services or products, including activities that violate legal, cyber, or telecom regulations, will be the sole responsibility of the client. A4E1 Marketing will not be liable, and no refund or protection will be offered in such cases.

Legal Protection Clause:
Any attempt to file false cyber complaints or misuse legal processes after purchasing our services will be considered a breach of agreement, and legal action may be initiated by A4E1 Marketing to protect our rights and interests.
